These are the terms we work by — clear, fair, and straightforward for both sides.
Every project at Digixta starts with a written proposal. The proposal outlines exactly what will be delivered, the timeline, and the cost. By approving the proposal and making the advance payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
No work begins until a proposal is approved and the advance payment is received.
We deliver exactly what's written in the proposal — nothing more, nothing less. If requirements change or expand during the project, a revised proposal will be shared before any additional work begins.
Adding new features or pages mid-project is treated as a new scope, not a revision. We'll always be upfront about any cost or timeline impact before proceeding.
If Digixta cancels the project for any reason on our end, a full refund will be issued.
Every project includes 2 free revisions. A revision means refining or adjusting what's already been delivered — not adding new sections or changing the direction entirely.
A smooth project depends on both sides showing up. We ask clients to:
If delays happen on the client's side — late content, slow feedback — the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly. We're not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client delays.
Once the final payment is cleared, full ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client — website, design files, written content, everything.
Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Digixta and will not be handed over or made live.
We're proud of the work we do, and we'd love to share it — but only with your permission.
After your project goes live, we provide 1 week of free support. This covers small bugs, broken links, minor display issues — anything that comes up right after launch.
After that 1-week window, any updates, changes, or maintenance will be handled under a paid plan. We'll share the options with you before the support period ends.
Some projects involve third-party tools — hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways like JazzCash or EasyPaisa, or social media platforms.
Digixta is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or issues caused by these third-party services. We'll always help troubleshoot where we can, but their platforms are outside our control.
We build websites and create content that follow SEO best practices — proper structure, fast loading, keyword optimization, and more. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or any other search engine.
Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm, competition in your market, and how long the website has been live. SEO takes time, and we'll always be honest about what to expect.
Both Digixta and the client agree to keep each other's business information confidential. We will not share your project details, business strategy, or sensitive information with anyone outside our team without your permission.
If anything here is unclear or you have a question before starting a project, just reach out. We'd rather talk it through than have any confusion later.
